  • Nutters The H.L. Mencken Of Our Time - Nutters
Posted by Jeff (Friday October 21 2005 @ 12:52PM EDT)
Southern York County may have provided the disgrace of our time when the Dover school board mandated a disclaimer for 9th grade biology class. Teachers are required to stress upon students that Evolution is just theory. This comes on the heels of its "a pipe is just a pipe" policy. Evolution is not just a theory but a damn good one at that.

If York County made our jaws drop, then it also provided the snark. While the main stream media balanced its coverage and presented both sides of the Scopes II trial, the York Daily Record's Mike Argento has made no secret of his disdain for design advocates. There may be two sides in this story, but one is simply ridiculous.

"Behe" must be latin for idiot "We don't understand that so it must be god." Why bother looking for an answer? All you smarty scientists can retire now. We either know it or god did it. All problems solved.
