  • American Empire It's Hard Work - American Empire
Posted by Jeff (Thursday April 28 2005 @ 10:10PM EDT)
Chimpy took his exagerations, distortions and outright lies before a national audience tonight. What struck me was his characterization of Congress for its refusal to drop everything so that it could cater to imperical whim:
I'm not surprised that some are balking at doing hard work.
The Chimpy Agenda - those who oppose it are nothing but lazy OR have you had your Kool-aid today?

Boy oh boy Jeff, you must feel like a fool now. Our President took time out of his busy brush clearing schedule to answer some questions from your friends in the liberal media. POW!! In your face commie. He had answers to each and every one of those questions. Not one time was he left staring blankly into the camera with nothing to say. Face it Jeff, the man is a genius. He must be, or else he wouldn't be so rich.

I caught a little of it, and I was a bit lost. When he was talking about Korea, he kept using a couple of words that confused me. After digesting it a bit I was able to decipher the word "nucular", but can someone tell me WTF a "peninshular" is?

Andrea Mitchell, wife of the greatest hack in Washington, was "impressed" that the president didn't claim that more nucular power plants would help gas prices. Otherwise, those dumb Americans would be confused about that.

I'm impressed that he's able to tie his own shoes.

"From here, they appear to be tied, but I will go in for a closer look." [later that night] "On closer inspection, these are loafers."

I found it funny that he made fun of the file cabinets of IOU's held by the trust fund. He then said for "personal accounts" - if people had an aversion to risk - there would be a fund which invested in Treasury Bonds.
