The FCC responds: 'Thank you for contacting the FCC, this is an automated response to acknowledge receipt of your e-mail. We will try to respond to your general inquiry within 2 business days of this automated reply. Due to the complexity of certain issues the response time may go beyond 2 business days, but will never exceed 20 business days.' And you thought they didn't care....
